Voices from The Coronavirus: We want to hear from you

In these unprecedented times we are very aware that not a single one of us remains unaffected by the coronavirus epidemic. Swindon Link would like to hear from you about your experiences in the lockdown.

We are calling on our readers to write to us about their experiences for our new campaign called 'Voices from The Coronavirus'.

The idea is that we can share our experiences underlining that none of us are alone.

We want to hear from you from whatever walk of life you come from to hear how you are dealing with this new reality.

Everybody has a story to share from keyworkers to teenagers. You might be a parent having to take on the new responsibility of home schooling or a company boss trying to run a business from your kitchen. You could be a volunteer delivering food or working at the hospital on the frontline. You could simply be on your own in self-isolation and want to tell everyone about your experiences. Or you could have suffered from the disease and want to share your experience.

It could be that you have ideas to share to help battle the lockdown blues or have different ways we can all help each other.

It doesn't matter what your writing ability is, the whole point of this is to make sure every voice is heard so that people don't feel that they are battling this alone. We will try to publish your story on our website no matter who you are.

All you have to do is write to us with your experiences to [email protected] putting 'Voices' in the subject line. Please make sure that you send a picture of yourself to go with the piece and try and keep it under 500 words. Please also include some basic details about yourself.

We are all in this together and every voice is important.
