This month, children and families are invited to join the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust and Haydon Wick Council for a guided walk around Mouldon Hill Country Park.

The guided walk will take place on Saturday 21 January, from 10am - 11.30am.

A member of the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust will be leading the short, guided Winter Welly Walk. The Trust and the Haydon Wick Parish Council say they hope children (with a responsible adult) will seize the opportunity to visit and explore this local area.
Children of all ages are welcome to attend the walk.

A spokesperson from the parish council said: "Have you ever visited Mouldon Hill Country Park? Did you know this wonderful area is right on your doorstep?

"This walk is the perfect opportunity to discover this beautiful rural environment within our Parish, get some important fresh air and begin to understand the importance of conservation."

Representatives for the Haydon Wick Parish Council are asking that a minimum of £1 is donated to Wiltshire Wildlife Trust per child.

The donations will be collected before the walk commences.

Those interested in attending the walk can email Kate via [email protected], to let her know.
