Oliver Tomkins Primary School is doubling its nursery provision from September. An existing building, at the Toothill school, is being revamped to cater specifically for early years children - boosting the number of available places from 26 by a further 30 places. The expansion, funded by National Lottery and the local authority, will include a £50,000 outdoor learning area. Head teacher Rhian Cockwell said: “There is a huge demand and interest for nursery places here so this is a great opportunity to meet that demand. Nursery and reception will be together which means that children who attend our nursery will have a smooth transition as they move into the school. We are a very inclusive school and we welcome all applications.” Oliver Tomkins is open for nursery place applications for 30 hours or part time places, Monday to Friday. Parents or carers are welcome to contact the school to arrange a visit. www.olivertomkinsschools.co.uk Email [email protected] Or call 01793 870471.
