The first images showing a new development of energy-efficient homes in Lyneham have been released by housebuilder Wain Homes.
Wain Homes is building 56 two, three and four-bedroom homes at its Lyneham Meadows development off Calne Road in the Wiltshire village, with the first homes now released for sale.
The new images show streets of mixed traditional red brick, grey stone and cream-rendered homes, with the first properties expected to be completed in September this year.
Tim Lund, regional sales director at Wain Homes, said: “Lyneham Meadows is a development full of character and we’re excited to reveal images of the street scenes and house designs we are building here which complement their semi-rural location.

Amongst the first homes released for sale at Lyneham Meadows are the two-bedroom Glenside, the three-bedroom Meadowvale, Coppice and Firglade designs, and the four-bedroom Stoneleigh.
All homes include Wain Homes’ all-inclusive specification as standard, featuring contemporary flooring, integrated appliances, fitted wardrobes, a choice of kitchen finishes and oak-veneer doors. Prices currently range from £312,000 to £462,500.
As part of the development agreement, Wain Homes will contribute nearly £330,000 towards local secondary education, public art, leisure, waste facilities and the provision of play space.
