Swindon is gearing up to celebrate Armed Forces Day at Lydiard Park on Saturday (20 June) and everyone is invited.
The event, which runs from 11am to 4.30pm, is set to be a fantastic day packed with military displays, family activities, community stalls, live performances and a funfair.
The event is supported by a £5,000 Ministry of Defence grant and is Swindon’s chance to honour the dedication of serving personnel, veterans and military families.
Expect performances from the Gurkhas, cadets and a brass band, plus great food options and free parking.
