The staff at Lydiard Park Academy are very proud of the pupils who achieved an excellent set of GCSE results which reflected their hard work and dedication says principal Gary Pearson.
A total of 67% achieved grades 9 to 4 in English and Maths
Mr Pearson added: "It is especially pleasing that in the toughened exam regime 18% of all grades were in the new 7-9 bracket. The English and Maths Basics, those achieving a grade 5, was extremely positive at 41% but most pleasing is the provisional Progress 8 score which stands at +0.22.
