SevenCapital has released a full fly-through film of what the North Star Village development will look like - if it gets the green light from Swindon Borough Council The firm hopes to win approval for the £270 million development by the end of this year.

North Star Village will cover 500,000 sq ft of leisure, dining and retail in Swindon and has already signed up operators including Empire Cinemas, who will run 13 cinema screens, including the largest IMAX screen in Europe.
It will also be home to one of the largest snow and ski centres in the UK, set to be run by The Snow Centre, and has agreed pre-lets with retailer Ellis Brigham and Hollywood Bowl with other lettings to be announced shortly.
