New Swindon to Oxford bus route takes to the road

A new bus route from Swindon to Oxford was officially launched to great fanfare.

The new and enhanced Stagecoach S6 service from Swindon to Oxford, previously named the 66 runs every 15 minutes.

The new Stagecoach Gold S6 service every 15 minutes, linking Swindon bus station to Oxford Gloucester Green bus station via Shrivenham, Watchfield, Faringdon and Southmoor. The service will allow shoppers, travellers and commuters alike the opportunity to enjoy all the onboard features and luxuries including leather seats, contactless payments, air chill and free onboard Wi-Fi.

Hosted by Stagecoach West Managing Director Rupert Cox, the launch event at Sudbury House Hotel in Faringdon, will showcase the new Gold S6 itself.
