SO YOU THINK NOTHING EVER HAPPENS AT TOOTHILL ?
The weather this past winter has been terrible - wet, windy, snow,
hail etc. - and no doubt many people have felt that they must have been
crazy to move on to `.foothill, "Well, I mean .............. nothing ever
harpens here, does it?"
There were signs of community life before Christmas and quite a
few new activities have started up in this year. The following is a
p
list of grou s that exist in Toothill which are looking for new people fi
to get involved.

1. For a start, this is the fourth edition
of the LINK . "We're still here, but we're Geoff Richmond

2. The Toothill. Youth Club managed to get

6. The Cubs, Brownies and Scouts all meet at Cubs : David Hoar
Toothill Church. Brownies on Tuesday 17 Longthorpe.

7. The Parents and Friends of Toothill Infants 38 Bodiam Drive.
School were responsible for the successful
May Day Fete. They also run a Wednesday Turn up at 1.30p.m.
Social and Activities afternoon for anybody on Wednesdays at
free and looking for something to do. the School.
Coffee Mornings for anybody free on a Turn up at the
Thursday morning 10a..m. - 11.30a.m. Community Room at

9. At Toothill Church you will find on Tuesdays Turn up or contact
at 2p.m., Tea Talk and Sew ; Wednesdays at Olive King on 813145
10.30a.m. a Coffee Morning and at 12 noon go or Rev. David Attwood
along to the Bread and Cheese Lunches. 63 Oakham Close.
The above are the activities being organised by people living on
Toothill. They might not be your cup of tea, so .......... if you want
to see more things happening on Toothill ......... ORGANISE IT1 The
Toothill Farm, the Community Room at Toothill Infants School, the
Temporary Community Centre, and Toothill Church can all be used as
meeting places.
