demonstrations. There will be achil-
dren's kite workshop and teddy bear
parachuting where children can
bring their teddies and have them
float to earth from a kite.

Bare ford prepares to launch at
Lydiard on 16 April to promote the
event
Flying will take place in the early
morning and in the evening to select
a team to represent Great Britain in
the European and World Champi-
onships in Australia in 2004. During
the competition heats. balloonists
will be set a range of tasks, includ-
ing trying to fly to specific points to
drop off a marker before flying to a
second point.
During the day there will be a
large fun fair in the events field and
a fantastic selection of giant special
shaped balloons. On Sunday night
25 May. a balloon night glow to
music takes place.
