Major progress at Panattoni Park

A total of 920,000sqft is available for immediate occupation, with a further 1.2m sqft under construction across four units.         
Panattoni Park Swindon also offers significant scope for further development, including consented opportunities for large-scale build-to-suit and pre-let facilities.
The four units under construction comprise S160 at 158,013 sqft, S220 at 217,476 sqft, S260 at 260,318 sqft, and S520 at 521,745 sqft, providing occupiers with a broad range of building sizes within a single strategic development. 
James Watson, Head of Development, Southern England & London at Panattoni, said: “Having more than 2m sqft of speculative space either available now or under construction at Swindon is a significant milestone for the park and reflects the confidence we have in this location.
"Occupiers increasingly need certainty over delivery as well as flexibility over size. 
"With S920 ready for immediate occupation and four further buildings from 160,000 sqft to 520,000 sqft completing in Q2 next year, we can offer businesses genuine choice at scale, with the connectivity, power, labour, and sustainability credentials required for modern logistics operations.
"Earlier this year we were pleased to complete the first lease on the park, to the Ministry of Defence taking more than 545,000 sq ft of space to become NATOs largest drone testing facility.”
S520 is scheduled to complete in May 2027, with S160, S220, and S260 following in June 2027. 
The range of speculative unit sizes provides occupiers with greater choice and flexibility, catering for both medium and large-scale logistics requirements.
The speculative programme forms part of the wider 7.2m sqft Panattoni Park Swindon masterplan, one of the UK’s largest industrial and logistics developments. 
Located immediately off the A419 and within eight minutes of Junction 15 of the M4, the park provides strong connectivity to London, Bristol, the Midlands, and the South Coast.
All buildings are being developed to Panattoni’s latest specification, targeting BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and EPC A+ ratings, with roof-mounted solar PV, EV charging, and a range of measures designed to support efficient, lower-carbon operations.
