Christ Church in Old Town will host a concert for Swindon Humanitarian Aid Partnership on Saturday 24 February at 7.30pm.
The concert, marking the second anniversary of Russia's brutal invasion of Ukraine, will be given by the acclaimed Swindon Concert Band.
Swindon Humanitarian Aid Partnership (SHAP) was formed shortly after the invasion and has so far collected and sent almost 2,000 tonnes of aid.
SHAP also helps and supports Ukrainian people forced to flee their homeland, and who are guests in the Swindon area.
The concert is called Swing into Spring, reflecting traditional Ukrainian fondness for Spring as a time of optimism and renewal.
Tickets are priced at £10, with a £5 discount for Ukrainian people, and under-16s will be admitted free.
They can be obtained via [email protected] and www.ticketsource.co.uk/Swindon-Concert-Band
