Some of the best chilli producers from across the UK will be there to offer the very best of British chilli and will be exhibiting chilli jams, chilli dips, chilli chutney, chilli chocolate and chilli beverages. For the less adventurous amongst us, there’s some flavoursome but mild cooking sauces available, but if you’re feeling brave, there will be extreme sauces and dips to try and take home. There’s even a range of chilli cocktails, beers and cider, which are not for the fainthearted! Visitors can expect a day of chilli madness with lots of goodies to eat, drink, taste and buy.

Di Powell, inSwindon BID Manager said: “Last year’s Chilli Fiesta was a huge success, attracting hundreds of chilli fans to the town centre and this year looks set to be even better. The festival will showcase a variety of colourful stalls selling chilli-inspired produce and live music throughout the day. Also, if you’re an avid chilli fan, you can even take part in the ultimate Clash of the Titans Chilli Eating Contest – a competition that is not for the faint hearted which allows contestants to take on some of the hottest chillies in the world. It really is a day out not to missed”.

Alex Mustang, Chilli Fest UK Organiser said: “ You will be even more amazed with the vast array of chilli food and drinks on offer. Get ready to be “wowed’ and experience the full spectrum of flavours that these wonderful chillies provide. One of my favourites is the mouth-watering Chew Chew BBQ - you will love their tasty chilli meats and spicy fusions of sauces and it will leave you wanting more. If your thirsty, you can wash it all down with the exclusive chilli drinks, such as chilli mojito, chilli tequila beer and even chilli cider will be on offer”.

Exhibitors include Pimento, Aunty Jee, Che Chew BBQ, Chilli Cocktail Bar,Thunder Road, Naga Masala, Chilli Cheese Man, Med Foods, Chilli Face, Should I Coco, Sonny Chilli Artist, Wiltshire Chilli Farm, Naga Dips, Ho Ho Chilli and Mei Chilli Sauces.

This year the heat is definitely on. So make sure you come along and sizzle your taste buds.
