Highworth Warneford School is celebrating being oversubscribed for the upcoming academic year.

School chiefs say this demonstrates the trust and confidence placed by families across the community.
To support this growth, the Department for Education will be funding brand-new classrooms and drama studio, expanding opportunities for creative learning and ensuring students have the space they need to thrive.
With demand continuing to rise, the school will also increase its Published Admission Number - PAN - from 150 to 180, allowing more local children to secure a place at their first-choice school.
Headteacher Sophie Hesten said: “This is a proud moment for our school. The community’s support means everything to us, and these new facilities will help us continue offering an exceptional education to even more young people.”
The expansion marks a significant step forward for the school’s long-term development and its commitment to serving the local area.
