Students from St. Luke’s Academy in Swindon - part of The White Horse Federation - have been celebrating Year 11 results, including GCSE’s results from exams sat in May and June.

To help ensure all students were as prepared as possible for their exams, St. Luke’s Academy have provided additional revision sessions, 1-2-1 interventions and fantastic well-being support from the pastoral team.

Standout results include:
- Number of qualifications students are achieving has increased for the fifth year running.

- The number and level of qualifications offered and achieved by students has increased for the fourth year running.

- Over 60% of students achieved five or more qualifications including Maths & English.

Student Jermain Bowers said: “Being at St. Luke’s has been a great experience due to the amount of opportunities I have been given.

"Thanks to all of the staff who have supported me at St. Luke’s Academy.  Without their support I doubt I would be going to College.

"I am looking forward to the next stage of my education and will build upon the skills and experiences that I have gained from being at St. Luke’s.”

Fellow student Evie Chalk said: “I didn’t think I would do very well, however, being at St. Luke’s Academy helped me to believe in myself.

"Someone has always got your back and this has helped me to grow, not only academically, but in so many other ways as well. Thank you to everyone.”

Associate Principal Thomas Green said: "Our students have shown remarkable determination and resilience throughout their exam journey, overcoming challenges that extend well beyond the classroom.

“I'm incredibly proud of the progress they've made—not just in grades, but in confidence, independence, and self-belief.

“These results reflect the strength of our school community and the tireless commitment of staff, who champion every learner’s success."

Dr. Dan Nicholls, CEO at The White Horse Federation, said: “Congratulations to all our students! We are so proud of the commitment they have shown as well as everything they have achieved.

“I am immensely grateful to colleagues for the brilliant support they give our students every day, and for their clear commitment to inspiring lives with greater opportunity and choice.

“Thank you also to all the parents and carers for their continued support, which is so greatly appreciated. We can’t wait to see what our students will go on to achieve next.”
