Two-year-old Jack is spending lockdown coming up with new fun recipes with a little help from his mum Kayleigh. This week he gives us the culinary delight of Weetabix Chocolate Nests.

Weetabix Chocolate Nests

4 x weetabix
1 tsp of sunflower oil
150g of melted chocolate ??

Crunch up the weetabix in a bowl and mix in the sunflower oil and melted chocolate. Make sure your toddler doesn't eat too much of the chocolate whilst making the mix (like Jack did!)

Put the mixture into cupcake holders.

Top with mini eggs, if you have any left after Easter, or other choccies of your choice, Jack chose M&M speckled eggs but you could choose Maltesers or Minstrels. Smarties would make the nests look very colourful.

As it’s a no bake you just chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
