Swindon Police have charged a man in connection with a collision in Upham Road in June 2024, in which a pedestrian died.
Nuno Spinola, 37, of Upham Road, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
He was due to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court today - 02 July.
The charge relates to a collision between a Volkswagen Golf driven by Spinola and a pedestrian – Jonathan Neilan, aged 59 – in Upham Road on June 17th, 2024.
Mr Neilan was declared dead at the scene, and a police spokesperson said: "Our thoughts continue to be with his friends and family."
