Swindon Borough Council is reviewing and redesigning its home care services to make sure they continue to meet the needs of local people now and in the future.
A spokesperson said: "Whether you currently receive home care, have received it in the past, support a family member or friend who receives care, or simply want to share your views, we’d like to hear from you."
The council wants to know what matters most when receiving care and support at home, what works well and what could be improved.
The spokesperson added: "Your feedback will help us develop high-quality, person-centred home care services that support people’s independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
"Complete our short survey and help shape the future of home care in Swindon."
