Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road accident on Beechcroft Road in Swindon.The incident happened just before 4.30pm yesterday, near the Arkell's brewery at the crossroads at Hyde Road. A blue road maintenance vehicle struck a 32-year-old woman who died at the scene; her next of kin have been informed. Anyone who witnessed the incident, or was in the area at the time, is asked to call Wiltshire Police on 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, where information can be left anonymously. |
