Pupils of Meadowpark School hopped to it at Easter with a display of bunny bonnets for their Easter Parade.

In keeping with the well known tradition of Easter Bonnets, Meadowpark School pupils spent time over the holidays creating their own fancy hats to welcome Spring. The school held a parade to display the handmade Easter Bonnets of the thirty children who participated this year. Each class had its own theme ranging from Spring and Easter, to the Stone Age and the Farm. Pupils incorporated a variety of materials including clay, paper mache, sticks and leaves, figurines, and paint. Teacher Bev Millin said: “The creativity of the children is just exceptional this year.” Each year, the PTA organises the Easter Bonnet challenge for the school and plans to keep this long held tradition in place for many years to come. Meadowpark School and Nursery is an Independent Private School in Cricklade, Wiltshire for children 3 months to 11 years.
