At the first time of asking, Excalibur Communications of Swindon has achieved the maximum 3-star rating in the prestigious Best Companies survey.
The communications and IT provider for business received the highest possible praise for its exceptionally strong levels of employee engagement, which is recognised as an integral component of a company’s success and growth. Scores are based on employees’ responses to questions within the Best Companies survey.
Excalibur’s Head of HR, Carly Deacon, commented: “With a one-star rating considered to be very good and two-stars outstanding, we are thrilled to be awarded three-stars, which is considered by the Best Companies organisation to be extraordinary”.
She added: “This recognition shows just what a healthy and positive working environment we have created here at Excalibur. This is something that we will all work hard together to continue to build upon”.
This latest accolade for Excalibur who provide small to medium businesses with solutions to their IT and communications infrastructure, follows its winning of the Responsible Business Award and Happiest Place to Work in Wiltshire
