         Before we take our summer  break, (next issue Sept), it is worth
         noting that THE LINK has now been in operation 18 MONTHS and 12
              -
         ISSUP -'S. Circulation has rocketed from 800 to 4,500 copies each issue
         ALL FREE..... & apart from all the info. & news etc we've managed TWO
                                                                                      0
         SCOOPS, the latest being last issue's Princess Anne feature.(On top of
         that FiSI BROOK FOCUS has emerged).
                  So, thanks to all who've supported and helped us so far, advertisers, typists,
   I     distributors, correspondents etc. and don't forget more help is always needed, so if

                                                                 New OAP club starts
        Yes to PMH /Old Town Bus

                                                                On April 24th, a new OAF's club began
     Thamesdown Council has agreed to a bus service
                                                                on the estate. We call ourselves the
     from Freshbrook and Toothill to PMH Hospital
                                                                HAPPY WANDERERS and we meet each week
     The new service will also connect this area
                                                                in OLIVER TOMKINS SCHOOL COMMUNITY
     to Old Town,Liden and Eldene.
                                                                ROOM on THURSDAY afternoons at 2.30pm
     All being well, it should start in September.
                                                                You will be made most welcome, so do
                                                                come along and bring a friend!

            All these points were put to the

      NO PLANS to extend the scheme to Toothill
      until 1981 and the time we start paying

             As a club we feel we have tried
