In the past Health Visitors have been attached to
Practitioners which meant that they travelled to wherever
the patients were. The 8 Health Visitors based at 4,Deerhurst
Way, Toothill will each now be responsible for a part of West
Swindon. This means they will visit all families and organise
BATTERIES ALSO SUPPLIED the Child Health Clinics for that area. The provision of
Health Care in the community will become more effective
WE CAN COME TO YOU AND and the Visitor will get to know one particular 'patch' well.
Close liasion will of course be maintained with the client's

from 8am until 10pm every day. The telephone answering
service is open right around the clock 24 hours a day, every
MINI-BUS AND CAR HIRE day and night of the year. Volunteers (unpaid of course) are
on hand for all who are lonely, unhappy, isolated, bereaved,
COLLECTION & DELIVERY SERVICE friendless or in despair. You do not have to be suicidal to
call on them.
WE INVITE YOU TO OUR OPEN EVENING More volunteers are constantly needed both to train to
become Samaritans, and also, equally important, to help in
