Former Great British Bake Off contestant Louise Williams is returning to Wichelstowe following the success of her previous visit.
Louise will be back on Sunday 4 October from noon until 5.30pm, to serve a selection of her homemade treats and meet prospective buyers as they explore the show homes at Canalside.
The return visit follows Louise’s appearance at the development earlier this year, when she attracted strong interest from visitors keen to meet the former Bake Off contestant and sample her baking.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to find out more about the homes currently available, with a range of incentives designed to help buyers make their move to Canalside or Orchards Rise before Christmas.
Anyone who reserves a home and moves before Christmas can benefit from a £5,000 John Lewis voucher, an upgraded kitchen and a five per cent deposit contribution worth up to £25,000, or choose Part Exchange.

The Wichelstowe development is being built by Barratt Homes Bristol and David Wilson Redrow South West in partnership with Swindon Borough Council which will deliver 3,000 new homes, new schools and community facilities over 20 years.
As part of this neighbourhood residents can enjoy 12km of new nature trails, play areas, 200 acres of open space and walks along the Wilts and Berks canal.
There is also a range of schools for children of all ages within easy reach. Junction 16 of the M4 and Swindon train station are both within a ten-minute drive, providing easy access to Bristol and London.
