Managing Director Philip Reeve took over the business from late founder Colin Cox just over a decade ago.

Chappells Estate Agents moved to its current Newport Street base in the heart of Old Town a couple of years ago.
Previously, the premises were familiar for many years as Earle's Newsagents before much-loved proprietor Rose Earle retired.

"The clients love to come in and sit down. A lot of agents now don't have that exposure we have, that ability to come to the office and discuss their sale or rental.
