The Swindon Down’s Syndrome Group (SDSG) are inviting local businesses and community partners to join them in supporting their Black & White Charity Ball 2026.
The ball aims to raise vital funds for Speech and Language Therapy — a life-changing project for children and young people with Down’s syndrome.
A spokesperson said: “We offer a range of sponsorship opportunities to suit all budgets, each designed to give your business valuable exposure while helping make a difference in the lives of local families.”
The sponsorship packages include the Gold Sponsor- £1,000+, which is an exclusive headline sponsorship package and includes:
- Prominent logo placement on all event materials, tickets, and social media promotions
- Full-page advert and feature in the event programme
- On-stage thank-you and recognition during the evening
- Complimentary table of 10 for the Ball
- Opportunity to display banners and promotional materials at the venue
Recognition on the SDSG website and post-event press release.
The Silver Sponsor – £500+ package includes:
- Logo featured on social media and event programme
- Half-page advert in the programme
- Recognition during the evening
- Two complimentary tickets to the Ball
- Inclusion on SDSG website and social media thank-you post
The Bronze Community Partner Sponsor Package – £250+
Includes:
- Logo displayed in the event programme
- Recognition on social media and at the event
- Inclusion on SDSG website
- Invitation to the Ball (tickets available separately)
The charity also welcome donations of raffle or auction prizes, such as:
- Experience days
- Restaurant or retail vouchers
- Hotel stays or event tickets
- Gift hampers, products, or services
Prize donors will receive recognition on social media and in the event programme, helping to promote your business to hundreds of local supporters.
A spokesperson said: “If you would prefer to attend the Ball rather than sponsor, we would be delighted to welcome you and your team on the night."
