South Swindon MP Sir Robert Buckland is to sing a solo at Ellendune Community Centre tomorrow evening - 4 November.
His appearance will be part of a Ukrainian cultural evening organised by Swindon Humanitarian Aid Partnership.
The Swindon-partnership, of which Sir Robert is a staunch supporter, gathers and ships vital supplies to the embattled nation, and also helps Ukrainian refugees forced to flee their country by the Russian invasion.
The free family-friendly cultural evening begins at 6pm, and is intended as an opportunity for people to increase their knowledge of Ukrainian Culture and make new friendships.
In addition to Sir Robert's contribution, there will be a gymnastics performance - to the winning Eurovision song of Ukrainian Alina Pash - by a talented Ukrainian 12-year-old, a fencing demonstration by Ukrainian European champions, piano and accordion solos, a poetry reading by Heidi Alexander, British folk songs and a solo from a Ukrainian lawyer.
There will also be food and drink.
The community centre is in Barrett Way, Wroughton SN4 9LW.
